Paid 1:1 calls for healthcare professionals who feel stuck. Sometimes that means changing careers or countries. Sometimes it's not about changing career at all, but adding something to medicine: reducing your clinical workload and taking on something more.

Research, industry, a startup, part-time clinic, a different specialty. We look at which of these fit you, and what each really asks of you.
I've gone from the clinic to research to a startup, so I can tell you what that's like from the inside.
Changing country
Recognition, language levels, applications and the unwritten rules in Portugal, Germany and Switzerland.
I've lived in all three. If something is outside what I know, I'll say so and tell you where to check.
Doing it with a family
Changing course with children, or while planning for them, without waiting for a perfect moment.
I'm a mother too, so we plan around your real life: childcare, a partner's job, money, and how much energy you actually have left.

Who is this for?
Doctors, and healthcare professionals more broadly, who feel stuck. You don't need a plan yet.
Can I get a refund or reschedule?
You can reschedule for free up to 24 hours before the call. Calls are not refundable, and with less than 24 hours notice they can no longer be moved. If I have to cancel, you choose between a new time and a full refund.
Which languages can we speak?
English, German, French or Portuguese. Choose whichever you're most comfortable in.
What should I prepare?
